Grit Gets You Started. Systems Get You Free.

Go Make a Dollar (GMAD) is the operating system for service entrepreneurs to escape the Hustle Trap, transform chaos into control, and build a legacy.

You Have Been Sold a Lie.

The lie that success requires 16-hour days, endless sacrifice, and constant burnout. The lie that the hustle is the path to freedom.

We call it the hustle. But it is really a trap.

If you are the hardest-working person in your company, your business is broken. You are the bottleneck. You are simultaneously doing the $1000/hour strategy work and the $10/hour administrative work.

You are successful, but you are trapped.

And if you do not build the machine, you will be the machine forever.

I Know the Trap Because I Lived It.

My journey didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in 2008 when I arrived in the United States from Brazil. I had $200 in my pocket and didn't speak English.

For me, the hustle wasn’t a choice; it was survival.

I lived a life of duality from the start. I was the captain of the college basketball team—the highest level of leadership. But I was also the guy washing the team's laundry just to pay for essentials. I was doing the high-value work and the low-value work simultaneously.

When I graduated and got my first accounting job, I didn’t have a car. Every morning, I’d put on my running shoes, put my dress shoes in a bag, and walk 12 blocks to the office. Rain or shine. Action Over Theory.

I embraced the grit. And the grit worked. It got me started. It earned me my CPA license.

But here’s the danger: We confuse the catalyst with the blueprint. We think the strategy that got us started is the strategy that will get us free.

I Started My Own CPA Firm on the Side.

For five years, my "office" was the pantry in our home. I’d work from 5 AM to 11 PM.
The business was growing rapidly. By all outside metrics, I was a success story.
But I was trapped. I was back in the laundry room, but this time, the laundry was my own business.

That’s When the Realization Hit Me:

"Success Without Systems Is a Prison."

Working 16 Hours a Day Wasn't a Badge of Honor; It Was a Failure of Systems.

That moment in the pantry changed everything. I stopped trying to hustle harder and became obsessed with working smarter. I started dismantling the chaos and replacing it with intentional systems. The results were transformative, allowing me to scale rapidly and reclaim my freedom.

The Blueprint for the Intentional Operator.

The GMAD operating system is the blueprint for transforming yourself from a Reactive Hustler to an Intentional Operator.

We believe a successful business must achieve a crucial duality:

1. SCALES LIKE A MACHINE.
Efficiency, logic, and predictable processes.

2. SELLS LIKE A PERSON.
Authenticity, transparency, and human connection.

My mission is clear: To help other service entrepreneurs escape the hustle trap faster. My legacy is not a warehouse of well-prepared tax returns. It is the freedom I help others create.

The GMAD Code.

Value 1: Action Over Theory

We prioritize implementation over abstract ideas. The 70% solution implemented today is better than the 100% solution implemented never.

Value 2: Efficiency & Systems

We believe systems are the path to freedom and leverage. We value smart work over hard work.

Value 3: Radical Transparency

We are the "crash-test dummies." We share the struggle, the failure, and the numbers. Authenticity over polish.

Value 4: Serve First

We provide immense value before asking for anything in return. Authority is the byproduct of service.

Value 5: Build a Legacy

We focus on long-term impact beyond income. We build businesses that provide freedom, not just income.

Transform Chaos into Control

The Path to Freedom Is Intentional & Systematic.
